Nodera is in beta. We collect the information needed to run the product, keep accounts working, improve character quality, and respond to feedback from testers.
Information we collect
- Account details, such as email, handle, display name, and login provider.
- Character content you create, including names, descriptions, images, settings, and Studio edits.
- Chat content, memory state, relationship progress, and related product state needed to make conversations work.
- Usage events, such as feed views, chat starts, publish actions, reports, votes, errors, and device level diagnostics.
- Discord feedback you choose to share in the beta community.
How we use it
- To provide chat, creation, memory, feed, account, and moderation features.
- To sync your content across devices when you sign in.
- To review public characters before they enter the public feed.
- To understand what beta testers use, where they get stuck, and what should be improved next.
- To protect the service from abuse, spam, fraud, and unsafe content.
What you control
You can delete memories, chats, characters, and your account from inside the product where those controls are available. If a beta data request cannot be completed from the app, contact us in the Discord linked below.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers that help run the product, such as hosting, database, storage, authentication, analytics, payment, moderation, and AI service providers. Public characters and public profile information may be visible to other users.
Beta feedback
Discord is the beta feedback channel. Anything you post there may be used to decide what we build, fix, or remove. Do not post private chat content in Discord unless you are comfortable sharing it with the community.
