Beta access terms.

Beta status

The product is provided for testing and feedback. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, limited, or removed. Credits, access rules, creation tools, moderation rules, and pricing plans may change before a wider launch.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for the account you use.
• You must not bypass access controls, abuse credits, scrape the service, or disrupt other users.
• We may limit, pause, or remove beta access if needed to protect the product or community.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in characters, prompts, images, profile content, and feedback you create. You give Nodera the permission needed to host, display, process, moderate, improve, and operate that content inside the product.

Public characters

Characters submitted for the public feed may be reviewed before they are visible to other users. We may approve, reject, label, limit, or remove public content to protect users, keep the feed useful, and comply with policy.

Feedback

Beta feedback helps decide what ships next. If you send ideas, reports, messages, designs, prompts, or suggestions, Nodera may use them without owing compensation or attribution.

Acceptable use

• Do not create or share illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, or non consensual content.
• Do not impersonate real people in a harmful or misleading way.
• Do not try to extract private data, system instructions, credentials, or hidden service details.
• Do not use the beta to spam, scam, automate abuse, or manipulate rankings.

No guarantees

The beta is provided as is. We work to keep it useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect model behavior, permanent storage, or that every generated output will be accurate, safe, or suitable for your needs.
