What do you actually get free on Candy AI and on Nodera?
On Candy AI, the free plan is a taste. On Nodera, the free credits are the whole app during the beta.
- Candy AI free: up to 5 messages in chat, across all characters, plus one custom character and one image, according to its help center. Adult images, video and Live Action are listed as Premium benefits.
- Nodera free: 500 credits every day, which is about 100 messages, or a mix of messages, pictures, clips and stories. No card, and a fresh batch arrives the next day.

What do Nodera's daily credits buy?
Credits are spent per action, and one pool covers everything, chat included. Here is what a day of free credits buys if you spend it all on one thing.

Most people mix them: a long chat, a few pictures, maybe a clip. Unused credits expire after 24 hours, so they do not stack up, and the next refill comes the following day.
How are Candy AI tokens different from Nodera credits?
Candy AI splits the bill in two: a subscription for chat, and tokens for most of the rest.
- Premium costs $13.99 a month after a $9.99 first month, $26.97 for 3 months or $47.88 a year. It includes unlimited text messages and 100 tokens a month, added on your renewal date.
- Tokens pay for images, videos made from images, listening to voice messages, voice calls (in beta), creating a custom character and private content packs. When the 100 run out, you buy more.
- Premium Plus is a higher tier with 330 tokens a month, 20 memory slots and other extras. Its price was not on the public plan page when we checked.
- Canceling keeps your token balance, but refunds are only considered within 24 hours of payment and with 20 tokens or fewer used.
Candy AI's plan page showed us these figures in euros; a dated US check reports the same numbers in dollars. Prices can differ by country and change often.
Nodera has no subscription and nothing to top up during the beta. The trade is a fixed daily amount: about 100 messages a day is plenty for most people, but it is not unlimited chat.
One custom girlfriend, or a whole catalog?
Candy AI is built around the companion you design. Its builder lets you choose her look, personality, voice and hobbies in detail, and there is also a set of ready made characters it puts at over 100. Free accounts can build one.
Nodera starts from a catalog: 800+ characters from games, anime and the community, plus anyone you make yourself with the guided creator in a few minutes. You can also build one together with an AI assistant.
- Every character remembers you from one day to the next, on every device, and has a relationship level from 0 to 10 that unlocks pictures.
- In Rooms, two characters share one chat and talk to each other as well as to you.
- In Live, a character is somewhere doing something, and the scene changes through the day.
What does Candy AI have that Nodera does not?
Calls and more kinds of video. If those matter most to you, Candy AI is the better pick.
- Voice calls, in beta, paid with tokens. Nodera has no calls of any kind.
- Voice messages from your companion. On Nodera you tap a reply to hear it read aloud in one of 22 voices instead.
- More video: short clips made from images, videos built from preset choices, and Live Action, interactive adult video scenes with selected characters for Premium users on mobile. Nodera animates a picture into a 5 second clip.

Should you pick Candy AI or Nodera?

Nodera's limits, plainly: if you are used to unlimited text on Candy AI Premium, about 100 messages a day is a real cap, and there is no plan to buy more during the beta. There are no calls and no voice messages, only replies read aloud, and the creator gives you less fine control over her look than Candy AI's builder. It is a beta, age is self declared at a gate, and the safety rules apply to every chat.

Is Candy AI free?
Only to try. Candy AI's help center says free users can send up to 5 messages across all characters, create one custom character and generate one image. Unlimited chat, adult images and video need Premium, from $13.99 a month as of November 2026.
How many free messages do I get on Nodera?
About 100 a day. Every account gets 500 credits each day, a message costs 5 and a picture 5, so you can mix them. There is no card, no subscription and no token pack during the beta.
Are Nodera credits the same as Candy AI tokens?
Not quite. Candy AI tokens come 100 a month with Premium or are bought, and pay for extras on top of a subscription. Nodera credits are free, refill every day and pay for everything, chat included, and unused ones expire after 24 hours.
Does Nodera have voice calls or video like Candy AI?
